Questions, answered

Everything you need to know about buying, delivery, warranty and owning a golf cart. Can't find your answer? We're a message away.

Buying and prices

Are your golf carts new?

Yes. Every cart we sell is brand new, from manufacturers including Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, Evolution and Denago.

Are you an authorised dealer?

No. We're an independent retailer, which means we can show you carts from several brands side by side and recommend the one that genuinely suits you. Every cart comes with a warranty, and its terms are listed on the product page.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST, so the price you see is the price you pay. Orders shipped outside Australia are charged without Australian GST.

How do I choose the right cart?

Start with how many people you'll carry and where you'll drive. Two-seaters suit the golf course, four and six-seaters suit families and estates, lifted carts handle rough ground, and utility carts carry tools and gear. Try the cart finder on our home page, or tell us how you'll use it and we'll recommend a model.

Can I see a cart before I buy?

We're an online store, so there's no showroom to visit. Each product page has photos, full specifications and the price. If you'd like more photos or details of a particular cart, contact us and we'll send them.

Can I order several carts for a business?

Yes. For resorts, golf clubs, estates and other businesses ordering more than one cart, request a quote and we'll put together fleet pricing for you.

Ordering and payment

How do I pay for my cart?

You pay the full price securely online when you check out. You'll receive an email confirming your order and payment straight away.

Can I spread the cost?

See our Financing page for the options available to Australian buyers.

Will I get a tax invoice?

Yes. Your tax invoice shows the GST you paid and arrives with your cart. If you need a copy before delivery, just ask us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your cart hasn't been dispatched, we can usually change or cancel the order. Once it has been delivered, our change-of-mind returns policy applies.

Delivery in Australia

Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?

Yes. Delivery to your door is free to every state and territory, including regional and remote areas.

How long does delivery take?

As a guide, allow 1 to 2 weeks for capital cities, 2 to 3 weeks for regional areas and 3 to 5 weeks for remote locations. We confirm the exact date with you once your order is placed. See delivery details.

Can I choose my delivery date?

We contact you once your cart is ready to agree a date and time window that suits you. If you need delivery by a particular date, tell us when you order and we'll do our best.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, someone aged 18 or over should be there to receive the cart, check it and sign for it.

What if my cart arrives damaged?

Note the damage on the delivery paperwork, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

International orders

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping isn't free: it's quoted per order, depending on your country and the carrier used.

How do I get a shipping quote?

Request a quote with the cart you want and your delivery address. We compare carriers and send you a written quote for the cart and its shipping.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

Australian GST isn't charged on exports. Import duties, local taxes and customs charges in your country are paid by you when the cart arrives.

Warranty and returns

What warranty comes with my cart?

Every new cart comes with a warranty. Terms vary by brand and model, and the warranty for each cart is listed on its product page. If something goes wrong, we help you with the claim.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a short video. We assess it with you and, where needed, with the manufacturer, then arrange the repair, replacement part or other remedy.

Can I return a cart if I change my mind?

Yes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. The cart must be unused, in its original condition and with everything it arrived with. A restocking fee, calculated as a percentage of your order total, is deducted from your refund, and return transport is at your cost.

What if my cart is faulty?

If your cart has a major fault or isn't what you ordered, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. No restocking fee applies.

Owning a golf cart

Can I drive a golf cart on public roads?

Rules differ between states, territories and local councils. Most carts are used on private property, estates, resorts and golf courses, and some areas allow registered low-speed use on certain roads. Check with your state road authority or council, or ask us and we'll help you find out before you buy.

Should I choose a lithium or lead-acid battery?

Lithium batteries are lighter, charge faster, last longer and need almost no maintenance. Lead-acid batteries cost less up front but need regular watering and are replaced sooner. For most owners, lithium costs less over the life of the cart.

How do I charge my cart?

Electric carts charge from a standard power point at home or work. Most owners plug in overnight, like a phone, and start each day with a full charge.

How far can a golf cart go on one charge?

Range depends on the battery, the load, the terrain and how you drive. Each product page lists the manufacturer's stated range for that model.

How do I look after my cart?

Keep it charged, check the tyre pressures, keep it clean and under cover, and have it serviced as the manufacturer recommends. Lead-acid batteries also need their water levels checked regularly.
